Discussed medications must be in the original labeled container that identifies the child as the prescribed.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:00am-9:55aam with the provider on site. There were 7 children (14 points) present with 1 caregiver. A sample of 2 children's files and 3 caregiver/household files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: eating snack, washing hands, playing with toys, learning on the computer and playing with blocks. The site was clean, organized and contained an abundant supply of developmentally appropriate materials. Interactions between the children and caregiver were positive. The physical space, attendance records, drill record, and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. There was one medications on site. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice.
Please complete the ?plan of correction? and ?date to be corrected? for each violation cited on the violation notice and return it to the department within 5 business days from receipt. Please specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Please do not use caregiver names; list caregivers by positions only.

Any plans of correction not received within 5 business days will result in the plans not appearing on the Violation Notice and public website.

Description: Based on interview and review of drill records, the provider's records of emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drills were not maintained for one year.
Evidence:
1. The provider stated the evacuation and shelter-in-place drills were completed, but did not record the drills for the months of September 2023 through February 2024.

Plan of Correction: I will update the fire drill log and write down each time.
