Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:30am-10:00am. There were 3 children (6 points) directly supervised by 1 caregivers. The home, 1 caregiver record, 3 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing independently with building blocks. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
