A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 03/12/2024. There were 10 children, ages 18 months- 5 years, totaling 20 points, and 3 caregivers present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records, 3 caregiver records, and 1 medication were reviewed. The children were observed in free choice play, participating in learning activities, and preparing for a morning snack was served. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 8:30 am and departed at 10:00 am.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
