Technical Assistance:
The provider demonstrated compliance related to the installation of a carbon monoxide detector. Outdoor space, emergency plan, landline telephone.

Comments:
An announced initial inspection was conducted on 3/13/24 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. This inspection was conducted due to the provider's relocation to another home. There were no children present during this inspection. A complete tour of the home was conducted to assess space and equipment that will be used by children in care. Cribs, emergency supplies, diapering area and children's toys and supplies were reviewed. 2 caregiver's records, 5 household member records, pet vaccination records, the revised emergency preparedness plan was reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
