Technical Assistance:
Technical Assistance was provided to the Provider regarding the requirements for crib manufacture dates, as the Provider will be purchasing more cribs. Cribs must be manufactured after June 2011 in order to meet the current requirements. Additionally discussed the requirement for two shelter-in-place drills per year.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 3/13/24 from 9:50am to 11:00am with the Provider. There was one four-month-old infant in care, for a total of four points. The infant was observed doing tummy time, having their diaper changed, and interacting with the Provider. Three child records and the Provider?s record were reviewed. Household member records were still current from the previous inspections. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid as well as Medication Administration Training (MAT). There was no medication on site for children. The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were reviewed. Required postings were observed.
