Comments:

An unannounced monitoring/renewal inspection was conducted today from 9:00am-10:30am. There were 9 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, staff records, children?s records, household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely , dancing and singing and eating snack. Diapering procedures were also observed/ reviewed. There was an ample supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Description:	Based on record review, the provider did not document annually the review with parent of emergency contact information to ensure information is correct. Evidence: Child A Record did not contain documentation of annual review by parent.

Description:	Based on record review, provider did not have current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation ( CPR) as required. Evidence: Providers CPR certification expired 7/28/2023.
Plan of Correction:	I will schedule a class this weekend.
