Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 10:30am and 11:50am. There were 3 children present, with one (1) caregiver supervising. A total of 5 child records and the caregiver records were reviewed. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. There was no medication on site at this time. Information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
