Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 3/19/2024 at 2:50pm to 3:35pm. There was 1 child (4 points) directly supervised by 1 caregiver. The home, 1 caregiver record, 1 child's record, 6 household member's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no children's medications on site today. The child were observed playing freely inside the play room. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Description:	Based on observation, the provider did not ensure that when storing food for children, temperatures shall be maintained at or below 40 F in refrigerator compartments and at or below 0 F in the freezer compartments. Evidence: observed that the temperature in the refrigerator was at 50 F and the temperature in the freezer was 20 F.
