An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 2pm and 2:50pm. There were 4 enrolled children and one resident child directly supervised by the provider and 1 assistant caregiver. The home, 2 caregiver records, 2 children?s records, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. Children were observed playing quietly, building with legos, identifying colors, and writing letters and numbers. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
