A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 03/26/2024. There were 12 non-resident children and 1 resident child, ages 8 months-5 years, totaling 31 points, and 2 caregivers present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, household members, caregiver training, physical environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies, nutrition, and background checks. A total of 5 children?s records and 5 caregiver records were reviewed. The children were observed in organized group activities and in free choice play. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:00 am and departed at 10:45 am.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
