An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 4/11/24 from 8:50am to 10:30am with the provider who was present with two assistants and nine children. The children ranged in age from 11-months to three-years-old, for a total of 24 points. Older children were observed playing on the playground and one infant was observed napping and waking from nap. Four child records, three caregiver records, two household member records, and one pet record were reviewed. The provider and both assistants have current certification in CPR and First Aid. The provider understands that they must obtain re-certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT) in order to give medication. The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed.
