An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:25-11:25 am with the provider. There were four children present, including one resident child, ranging from two to three years of age, for a total of eight points. Children were observed playing with a variety of age-appropriate toys in Montessori style centers. Three child records and two caregiver/household member records were reviewed in addition to the written daily attendance, menu, emergency drill log, two non-prescription medications and authorization forms and the required posted information. The provider has current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT) and can administer medication to children in care. If you have further questions about this inspection please contact Donna Liberman at 540-359-5244 or

The online compliance history includes only information after July 1, 2003. In addition, the online compliance history includes information regarding adverse actions that may be the subject of a pending appeal. An adverse action is not final until a provider has exhausted or waived all due process rights.
