Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 4/14/2024, from 3:15-4:00. The provider had one child in care at the time of the inspection. The child and provider was interacting and playing with dinosaurs during the inspection. The provider only has school agers in care at this time. Lots of supplies for the children. Revied the paperwork for 4 household members as well as 3 children. A violation notice was given to the provider with this inspection summary. Description: Based on the review of the first aid kit, the provider failed to have one of the needed items to make the first aid kit complete.
Evidence: The provider does not have a triangular bandage in the first aid kit.
