An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between 12:20pm and 1:05pm. There were 7 children present with the Provider and 1 assistant for a total of 20 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed napping and being picked up by their parents. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-180-A Description: Based on record review, the provider did not obtain a subsequent tuberculosis (TB) screening for each caregiver every two years.
Evidence: Caregiver #2s most recent TB screening is dated 1/31/2022.Plan of Correction: We'll get the screening done.
