Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted 04/11/2024 from approximately 12:36 p.m. to 1:40 p.m.
There were no children present during the inspection. The caregiver was interviewed, the caregiver record was reviewed, and physical plant was inspected. The information gathered during the inspection determined a violation with applicable standards or law.

Please complete the ?plan of correction? and ?date to be corrected? for the violation cited on the violation notice and return signed within 5 business days. The plan of correction should contain: 1) steps to correct the noncompliance with the standard(s), 2) measures to prevent the noncompliance from occurring again; and 3) person(s) responsible for implementing each step and/or monitoring any preventive measure(s).

Description: Based on observation, the provider failed to ensure the hot water at the sink available to children was maintained within a range of 105-120 degrees Fahrenheit.
Evidence:
The inspector tested the bathroom sink used by the children in care with a digital thermometer. The hot water temperature registered at 137 degrees.
