Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/30/24 from 9:35am to 10:45am with the provider who was present with two assistants. There were 11 children in care, ranging in age from four-months to three-years-old, for a total of 29 points. Older children were observed learning about the solar system and coloring stars, then using the restroom and playing outside. Younger children were observed having free play, drinking bottles, napping, and playing outside. Four child records, three caregiver records, and one household member record were reviewed. The provider and both assistants have current certification in CPR and First Aid. One medication and authorization form were reviewed and the provider has current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT). The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were reviewed. There were no violations cited as a result of the inspection.
