1. Discussed maintenance of building exterior in areas that are accessible to the children, to include repairing of metal siding and down spouts before a hazard develops.
Conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection. Observed children and staff in all age groups. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were watching a movie, playing games, and taking naps. Some of the school-age group were at a nearby park for a picnic lunch. Infants were having play time on the floor, being diapered, fed, held, and napping. Classrooms were found to be clean, safeguarded appropriately, and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. Playground and bathroom hazards found. Required documents were posted. No record keeping violations found. Questions about this report may be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org
