An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on September 17, 2015. There were 40 children present with six staff members and a volunteer in three classrooms. The children were observed playing in centers, having circle time, and participating in music and movement. There are no medications currently being administered in the center at this time. Three children's records were reviewed during the inspection.
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-260-A Description: Based on observation and inspection of the facility, the licensee did not ensure that the center provided to the licensing representative an annual fire inspection report from the appropriate fire official having jurisdiction. Evidence: During the inspection conducted on September 17, 2015, there was not documentation of an annual fire inspection report available to review for the facility. Plan of Correction: We will obtain documentation of the report.
Standard #: 22VAC40-80-120-E-2 Description: Based on observation and inspection of the facility, the licensee did not ensure that the findings of the most recent inspection of the facility were posted. Evidence: During the inspection conducted on September 17, 2015, the findings of the most recent inspection conducted on 5/29/15 were not posted in the center. Plan of Correction: In the future we will be sure to post the most recent inspection.
