The inspector also obtained information from a representative of the local social service agency. The inspector determined from information obtained that no child day center standards were in violation therefore the complaint is invalid. The LI asked where was the teacher and staff# 5 indicated down the hall in the kitchen. The LI then walked back down the hall past the kitchen and then immediately came back down the hall and then saw the teacher, staff # 2 enter her classroom. She will have a floater staff available or instruct staff to let new staff run errands out of the classroom.
