Today an unannounced monitoring visit was conducted beginning at 11am. There were 47 children present today with 11 teachers and the Director. Children were observed playing outside on the playground, washing hands, eating lunch and napping. Five children's records, 4 new staff records and medications with authorizations were reviewed today. As a reminder, don't forget to practice and document a second shelter-in-place drill by the end of 2015. This inspection, including the exit interview, ended at 1pm. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-550-E Description: Based on record review, there is no documentation that a monthly emergency evacuation drill was practiced for October, 2015. Plan of Correction: We will practice a second one this month to make up for it. We will practice and document required monthly drills.
