Technical Assistance:
This was an initial inspection for licensure. During this inspection standards related to care of children, programming and record keeping were not observed. All areas of standards will be addressed at the first unannounced inspection. All inspections will be unannounced from now on. The first unannounced inspection will be conducted within 30 - 60 days of receipt of the paper license. During the inspection the following topics as they relate to standards were discussed program leader qualifications, program director qualifications, room arrangement, hot water temperature, ratios, license stipulations, medication administration, transportation, parent handbook and licensure after the conditional license period.

Comments:
An initial inspections was conducted from 6pm to 8pm on 11/9/15. There were not any children in care during the inspection. Three classrooms and two bathrooms were reviewed. Set up for staff and children records were reviewed. The inspector reviewed the first aid kit, flashlight and battery operated radio.
