Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on December 16th 2015 between 3:40pm and 4:40pm. There were 51 children in the direct care of 4 staff outside while 3 staff prepared for a special event inside. Children were observed playing on the playground and transitioning inside to participate in the event. The facility was organized and clean. Children's records, staff first aid and medication training, the physical plant, evacuation drills, the emergency preparedness plan, and snack menu was observed and inspected.
