This unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 3:15 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. At the time of the inspection a total of 12 children were in care with four staff members and three volunteers. Children and staff were observed during arrival, free time, hand washing, snack, homework time, rec time, and step class. Staff were observed during transition and behavioral guidance. The sample size consisted of three children's records. Staff records are housed at the main office and will be reviewed at a later date. Violations from the previous inspection were reviewed for current compliance. No violations were found during this inspection.
