Thank you for your time and assistance with the unannounced monitoring inspection conducted today, January 27, 2016. The on-site visit was from 10:35 a.m. to 2:50 p.m. On this date, at the time of arrival, there were forty-two (42) children in three (3) classrooms and in the care of seven (7) staff members. There had been four (4) children in the Morning Mover's program. There were a total of eighty-two (82) children enrolled in the preschool and before and after-school programs. There were no violations of the licensing standards observed during the visit. Seven (7) staff members' records were reviewed and five (5) children's records were reviewed during the visit. The medications and medication paperwork were reviewed for four (4) children. There were six (6) staff members and four (4) children interviewed. Transition time, circle time, story time, musical activities, outdoor play in the snow, small group center time, snack, language art activities, art activities, book buddies, hand washing and bathroom procedures, lunch brought from home, dismissal procedures, and nap time were observed during the visit.
