Comments:
39 Children were in care during the inspection, the age range of the children was six months to four years old. Children were eating lunch and free play. Five staff are current in MAT. Inspection time 10:00am-12:30pm

Description: Based on review there is not always a staff on duty that is current in daily health observation. Evidence: Between the hours of 12:00pm to 7:00pm There is no staff the is current in daily health observation.

Plan of Correction: We have a training 1/11/16 all staff will be trained.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-570-E
Description: Based on observation not all infant bottles were labeled with the date. Evidence: Three bottles were not dated.

Plan of Correction: We will remind staff to date all infant bottles.
