Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today on 2/4/2016. There were 16 children in care with two teaching staff present. The inspector arrived at 9:15 am and departed the program at 12:30. The inspector reviewed two children's and two staff's record during the inspection. Observed the children during: center time, painting, story time, circle time, lunch, story time, music/dance time and the start of nap. Discussion with site staff: sanitizing the tables by kitchen staff prior to entering the cafeteria, and making sure that all children that are receiving special services are signing the children out.
