Standard #: 22VAC40-185-270-A Description: Based on observation of the classrooms, there is equipment that is not maintained in a safe manner and door frames in the classrooms are not maintained. Evidence: 1. The blue metal frames have signs of peeling paint exposing the previous coat of paint. Inspector was able to scrape some of the blue paint off with her finger nail. 2. A large ping pong table is folded upright, leaning six feet tall, and against a wall. The frame of the table is not securely fastened to prevent one side from falling over and onto the play area. Plan of Correction: We will contact administration so they can talk with maintenance personnel. We will request maintenance to secure it and reduce the hazard.
