Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today, 3/1/16. Violations from the previous inspection have been corrected. A review of staff records was conducted 8:30am-10:00 am on 3/1/16 at the facilities main office. We discussed background checks and training hours during this time. Upon arrival to the center the children were involved in snack. Hand washing was observed. Following snack the children went to the gym to play. After playtime the group split with the older children staying in the gym and the younger in the cafeteria to do homework. The center has been using the track weather permitting to get some outdoor time in. There are 25 children with three staff present during today's inspection. An Acknowledgment of Inspection Conducted & Licensee Responsibility form was completed while at the center. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to call. Inspection: 8:30am-10:00 am and 3:00 pm -4:20 pm.
