Technical Assistance:
When documenting monthly escape drills please make sure you document the start and end time of the drill as well as the number of children and staff present during the drill.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with a lead teacher, who was present with 33 children and four additional staff. The Licensing Inspector was able to observe computer time, indoor gym games and the children playing outside on the playground. For their afternoon snack, the children were served juice and crackers. Four children and staff files were reviewed today, there were no medications on site. Arrival time: 5p.m. Departure time: 6:15 p.m.

Description: Based on observation and an interview with staff, it was determined that the menu for the current week was not posted. Evidence: The menu for February was posted and not the menu for March 2016.

Plan of Correction: Posted immediately.
