Today's visit was a complaint inspection. A complaint was registered regarding an allegation of the school age operating out of ratio and an allegation of a child in care attending the program and was not enrolled in the program. The inspector observed the the school age classroom and interviewed the center's administrator. Based on the evidence the complaint is deemed "not valid". There was a violation cited during the time of the inspection that was not related to the complaint investigation. Thank you for your time, please call me at 309-2051 if you have any questions.

Description: Based on the inspector's observations upon entering the facility, the center failed to ensure the most recently issued violation notice was posted in a conspicuous manner. Evidence: The inspector arrived at the center and the Inspection Summary posted. The most recently issued Violation Notice was not visible in any manner.

Plan of Correction: The Violation Notice was posted during the inspection. The administrator will inform management violation notices must be posted in a visible manner.
