Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on May 5th 2016, between 1:30pm and 3:30pm. There were 42 children in the direct care of 10 staff members. Children were observed napping, being diapered, having hands washed, having snack, having tummy time, reading, and having their "Cinco De Mayo" parties. Staff were observed assisting children with washing hands, following appropriate diapering procedures, and preparing for their special event. A sampling of new children's records, new staffing records, first aid supplies, emergency kits, fire inspection, evacuation drills, the physical space, and supervision were observed and inspected.
