When reminders about policies are sent to staff and they pertain to parent involvement, it is recommended that parents are also reminded.
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on 08/22/16 in response to a complaint that was received in the licensing office on 08/17/16 regarding allegations in the area of administration and programs. Interviews were conducted with staff , records were reviewed and observations of the program were made relating to the allegation. The LI viewed all enrolled infants records on the center's computer program called Precious Status. The program allows staff and parents to communicate with each other throughout the day. The staff uses the program to record each child's status and a text message is sent to the parent. Parents can also send messages back to the staff. The program allows for items such as diaper changes, feedings, nap and mood to be tracked and communicated throughout the day. This is in addition to the "Infant Daily Record." The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be NOT VALID.
