The following inspection took place between the hours of 2 pm through 4 pm. Today, I met with the Staff of the County After-School Activities (CASA) program held on site at J. Tolbert Elementary school located in the town of Leesburg, Virginia. At the start of this unannounced renewal inspection there were a total of 32 children with 2 staff; good ratio for this one group of school-age children. A total of 3 children?s files were reviewed. Staff files were reviewed on an earlier date by representative from the Division of Licensing and through the County of Loudoun, Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Services in Ashburn. The children were engaged in the following: drop-off, announcements, bathroom breaks, hand washing, snack time, homework, games, reading, free art, large motor skills, and other organized activities. If you should have any future questions, please call. Thank you. Charlie Perkins, Licensing Inspector (703) 309-3963
