Technical Assistance:
As a reminder, copies of the most recent health and fire inspection reports need to be obtained from school staff. We talked about always including certain details for injury documentation.

Comments:
Thank you for your assistance during today's unannounced monitoring inspection conducted from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Today, there were fifty school age children (including three middle school students) with four to five staff. This morning, it was reported that twelve children were supervised by two staff before school. I viewed program activities, daily supervision, interactions with children, equipment, staffing, supervision, training for four staff, four records for children, agency inspection reports, insurance, emergency supplies and drill records, injury records, menu, indoor and outdoor areas. The children enjoyed active play outdoors, table activities, arts and crafts, and games. Homework assistance has been provided each week. Parent communication has been a priority during pick-up times. Let me know if you have any questions. 540/430-9259
