An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:30 to 2:30pm. Fifty five children were present with five staff. Today is a teacher workday so SACC is operating all day. The children participated in flag football games with children from other SACC centers earlier today. At the time of the inspection, the children were engaged in self selected activities, including table hockey, board games, Legos and playing hand held electronic games. Medication procedures were reviewed, and staff with current MAT, first aid CPR training were on site. Children's records were reviewed and found in order. The exit interview was conducted with the center supervisor. If you have any questions, I can be reached at 703-479-4709.
