Technical Assistance:
Discussed with the Branch Manager: Assuring that if needed, there are two Epipens in the package; Assuring confidentiality of the Allergy list; The Playground is not being used at this time. Until mulch is replenished the children will use the blacktop, the basketball court and the field only.

Comments:
An Initial Licensing Study was conducted with the Branch Manager beginning at 2:30 and ending at 4:15. Interviewed the Branch Manager, the Day Care Lead staff and one other staff person. Reviewed two staff files and 4 children's files. They are in compliance. Reviewed medications and medication documentation. - MAT trained staff give medications. All documentation is in compliance. Observed all classrooms and daycare areas, menu for afternoon snack and activity schedules. Your next inspection will be within 60 days and will be unannounced.
