Comments:
An announced consultation inspection was conducted today, January 27, 2017 in response to a change of location requested by the facility owner. Due to a fire in October of 2016, the center had to relocated to a temporary site. Reconstruction of the facility at 3340 King William Ave has been completed and is ready for the occupancy. Measurements and calculations for capacity were completed and a capacity of 56 children was calculated. The facility has age and stage appropriate materials and supplies. All required documentation was reviewed and complete.
