An unannounced inspection for license renewal was conducted today. Ratios for all three groups operating today were found in compliance. The children were participating in circle time, and activities that included making flower pictures and learning about the parts of a flower, doing puzzles, playing with puppets and playing in the big multipurpose room. One group did apple tasting and helped make an apple pie. Medication procedures were reviewed, and staff with current MAT, first aid and CPR training were on site. Staff and children's records were sampled and found in order. The violation cited at the last inspection has been corrected. No violations were found in the areas checked today. The exit interview was conducted with the director. If you have any questions, I can be reached at 703-479-4709.

The online compliance history includes only information after July 1, 2003. In addition, the online compliance history includes information regarding adverse actions that may be the subject of a pending appeal. An adverse action is not final until a provider has exhausted or waived all due process rights.
