An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on March 15, 2017 during the before care portion of the program. There were 11 children present at arrival to the facility with three staff members. The children were observed coloring and playing with various table top activities to include Legos, board games, blocks and toy animals and cars. The licensing inspector reviewed the physical plant, supervision, required postings, children's records, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place documentation, and nutrition. The posted menu indicated that today's snack consisted of applesauce and pretzels. There are no medications present in the center at this time. Three children's records were reviewed during the inspection.
