Comments:
This unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:45 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. At the time of the inspection 107 children were in care with 39 staff. The sample size consisted of four children's records, four staff's records, one medication and supporting documents, and four diaper ointments and supporting documents. Children and staff were observed during indoor and outdoor free play, educational and artistic activities, story time, organized play, and during a tornado drill. Staff were observed during diapering, bottle feeding, transitions, drop off and behavioral guidance. The violation from the previous inspection was reviewed for current compliance.
