VENDSUB-000 SPECIAL CARE PROVISIONS AND EMERGENCIES
An unannounced SHSI inspection was conducted today. There were 61 children in care with a total of 11 staff members assigned to their direct supervision. The children were observed playing outside, reading books, practicing phonics skills, sorting animals, and eating lunch. The children were served cheeseburgers, mixed vegetables, and milk for lunch today. This inspection was completed between approximately 10:00 am and 12:30 pm. Thank you for meeting with me today. Standard #: VENDSUB-000-031-A Description: Based on a review of the emergency preparedness plan, it was determined that this plan does not include all required information. Evidence: The emergency preparedness plan does not include written child/parent reunification plans in the event of an emergency scenario. Plan of Correction: The emergency plan will be updated.
