Technical Assistance:
Discussed requirement for annual lockdown drill, notifying the department of any serious injuries and posting a list of allergies or dietary restrictions if any children enroll with such requirements.

Comments:
An unannounced non-mandated subsidy inspection was conducted today from 8:35am. to 11:00am. The physical space, vendor and caregiver training certificates, emergency drills, emergency reunification procedures, children's records and attendance records were reviewed. No medications were on site. Required documents were posted. Food services and hazardous substances were discussed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Description: Based on record review, all staff have not completed the Virginia Preservice Training and CPR/FA Training. Evidence: 1 out of 17 staff members does not have the Preservice Training and 3 out of 17 do not have CPR/FA Training.

Plan of Correction: We will have the staff do the trainings right away.
