The following inspection took place between the hours of 2 pm through 4 pm. Today, I met with the Staff of the County After-School Activities (CASA) program held on site at Countryside Elementary school located in Countryside, Virginia. At the start of this unannounced monitoring inspection there were a total of 31 children with 2 staff; good ratio for this one group. A total of 5 children?s files and 3 medications were reviewed. Staff files were reviewed on an earlier date. The children were engaged in the following: check-in, snack, art, large motor skills in the gym, games, reading, electronics, and other organized activities. If you should have any future questions, please call. Thank you. Charlie Perkins, Licensing Inspector (703) 309-3963
