An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on July 14, 2017. The director was present for the inspection. The following staff to child ratios and activities were observed:
Kingdom Kids ( 3 years) 10:1 Children were playing in their classroom.
Little Lambs ( 4 years) 16:2 Children were preparing to go on a field trip to a local skating rink.
Saints ( 5 years ) 13:1 Children were preparing to go on a field trip to a local skating rink.
Warriors (7 - 8 years) 13:1 Children were on a field trip to a local playground.
Ravens ( 9 - 12 years ) 12:1 Children were playing games and reading.
There were no medications being administered. Evacuation drills had been documented. Five staff files and 9 children's files were reviewed.
