Technical Assistance:
The new sworn statement or affirmation was reviewed. New CPS check requirements discussed. Anyone who has lived in another state in the past five years is required to request a check of the child abuse and neglect registry for each state they have lived in the past five years.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 07/14/2017 from 8:20am - 11:20am. At the time of the tour there were 47 children, ages two - twelve years, in care with six staff. Children were observed during morning program time which included morning snack and outdoor play. Records were reviewed for ten children and five staff. The inspector additionally reviewed: medication, emergency supplies, written emergency plans, transportation procedures, and hand washing. No violations were observed.
