Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was completed on 7/21/17. There were 45 children present in five groupings from infant through school-age. Five children's records and four staff records were reviewed. No medications at the center. The inspector arrived at the center at 7:45 am and departed at 1:00 pm. The children were observed during movie time, during gym time, during outside times, during free time inside, during lunch, and during nap. There was discussion with the director about the following: fire inspection due 7/23/17, having the "Report of Environmental Sanitation Inspection" form completed with the food inspection, documentation of background check communication with agencies, new background check requirements, practicing a lock down drill annually.
