Comments:
An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted in conjunction with the License Renewal Inspection. The Inspections lasted from 9:30 - 11:45. There were 70 campers present with 9 staff. Children were observed in appropriate camp activities. Emergency Preparedness Plans were reviewed. Standard #: VENDSUB-000-031-A
Description: Based on interview with the Branch Director, it was determined that there were missing components to the Emergency Preparedness Plan. Evidence: The Emergency Preparedness Plan does not contain Reunification Plans for Evacuations, Shelter in Place and Lock Down. Also There are not separate LockDown Procedures.

Plan of Correction: The Branch Director will work with the other Boys and Girls Clubs on Updating the Emergency Preparedness Plans.
