An unannounced non mandated inspection subsidy inspection was conducted today between 2:30pm and 4:00pm in conjunction with the licensing inspection. The physical space, vendor and caregiver training certificates, allergy action plans, emergency drills, emergency reunification procedures, children's records and attendance records were reviewed. Required documents were posted. Food service and hazardous substances were discussed. Areas of non-compliance are in the Violation Notice.
Standard #: VENDSUB-000-006-B-11 Description: Based on record review, not all children with diagnosed food allergies had a plan to include instructions from a physician regarding the food to which the child is allergic to and steps to be taken in the event of a suspected or confirmed allergic reaction. Evidence: Child #, Child #2, and Child #3's records did not contain an allergy plan for diagnosed food allergies. Plan of Correction: We will ask the parents to supply a plan
