An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on August 2nd 2017 between 10:15am and 1:00pm. There were 53 children in the direct care of 12 staff members. Children were observed washing hands, preparing for lunch, listening to stories at circle time, having creative play, playing on the playground, and building. Staff were observed to be consistently engaged with the children in their classrooms. The rooms were organized, clean, and offered numerous play choices for the children to utilize. A sampling of children's records, staffing records, emergency drills, the emergency plan, physical space, and supervision were observed and inspected.
