Technical Assistance:
Discussed changes to the Emergency Preparedness Plan and Allergy Action Plans to be used if you have children with Food Allergies.

Comments:
An unannounced Annual Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted in conjunction with the Center's Licensing Renewal Inspection. There were 62 Campers present with 6 staff. Campers were observed leaving for the pool, playing basketball and using the center Library ReviewedEmergency Preparedness Plan - See Violation Notice Reviewed Medication - none on site today. Reviewed staff and children's files - complete If there are any questions regarding subsidy, contact your Licensing Inspector Linda Reynolds at 54-272-2663

Description: Based on review of the Emergency Preparedness Plan and interview with the Director, it was determined that the Emergency Preparedness Plan has not been updated to include Lockdown Procedures and Reunification with Parents after Emergency Escape, Shelter in place and Lockdown.

Plan of Correction: The director will amend the Plan to include this information.
